One of the winery's most popular wines, this blend of 86% chardonnay and 14% colombard was made at the Robertson Cellar.
A portion of chardonnay and colombard were fermented on staves. After fermentation the wine spent 6 weeks on lees and was stirred once a week to aid the mouthfeel of the final blend.
"Beautiful green huge in the colour, with fresh lime mixed with tropical zestiness on the nose. Good firm acidity on the palate with lots of citrus, melon and grapefruit flavours on the on palate. There is a hint of minerality which will develop over time. Delightful and long finish, to be enjoyed youthful."
Enjoy slightly chilled on its own or with seafood, spicy Asian and vegetarian dishes.
