Only the best barrel qualifies for this premium selection, offering aromas of blackberry, plum, spice, and subtle tobacco. Mediumfull to full-bodied on the palate, it features structured tannins, firm acidity, dark fruit flavours and hints of oakderived spice or chocolate, finishing rich, lingering and well balanced for an unfiltered wine.

Works beautifully with hearty and flavourful dishes such as frilled or roasted red meats – ribeye, lamb chops and brisket.

This 2021 can be enjoyed now if decanted, but should continue to develop positively over 3-7 years.
