Blend: Cab Sauv 30%, Shiraz 21%, Petit Verdot 20%, Cab Franc 16%, Merlot 5%

Brick red in hue, the nose opens with restrained notes of worn leather and dried herbs, hinting at the depth to come. The palate is rich and finely structured, revealing layers of cassis, cracked black pepper, and a distinctive leathery spice. Tannins are polished yet assertive, carrying the wine through to a long, refined finish marked by earthy complexity and subtle oak integration.

Serve at 16-18 Deg.

This powerful wine match well with substantial dishes, like braised short ribs, grilled steak and roast venison.
