Light and bright in appearance. Fresh aromas of grapefruit, limes and kiwi burst on the nose. The palate is moreish with balanced flavours of quince, citrus blossom, umami and a bittersweet aspect. Salivating with fresh salinity, lively and a vibrant acidity. Textured and expressive, the wine concludes with a long crisp finish.

Serve at 7-9 Deg.

Drink now or allow to develop until 2028.

Pairs well with coconut-lime fish curry, fresh stir-fried vegetables and light poultry dishes.

Intense and deep ruby red in colour with rich aromas of black fruit and elegant notes of sandalwood. The palate is full bodied and layered. Well integrated tannins give the wine a toned and precise structure. The wine concludes with a long velvety finish.
