Starting with some shy notes of Granny Smith apple, peaches and then growing to show more white pear and lovely ripe summer melon.

The aromas are complex and evolve to portray a very wide spectrum of wonderful flavours.

This wine displays all the hallmarks of a textbook Chenin Blanc with its fine, mineral textured, yet wonderfully rich palate, beautifully poised acidity and abundant succulent fruit flavours.

This particular blend is well-suited for pairing with a variety of dishes including seafood, roasted vegetables and creamy sauces.

While it’s crafted for enjoyment upon release, it can also age gracefully for a few years.

Mulderbosch Faithful Hound

Blend: 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, 18% Petit Verdot, 18% Merlot and 2% Malbec.

A very beguiling and youthful entrance into the Faithful Hound with notes of bramble berry, baked rhubarb, and dense/ripe plum. Liquorice and a faint inkling of earthy and herbaceous fynbos all lead you to explore more. The palate is full of sweet berry fruit, accompanied by elegant matching oak maturation and polished tannins. This wine seems to effortlessly snatch you away on a South African flavour journey.

The more you delve into this indulgent wine, the more it gives. In true Mulderbosch style, we want to provide the ultimate experience with each bottle of our finely crafted wines.

Mulderbosch Rose 2025

Lesser skin-contact time has brought about a slightly lighter rose-gold Rosé hue. Very much in vogue and extremely pleasing to the beholder.

Alluring sweet notes of peaches, strawberries, cream and candy floss. This Rosé is elegant and full, with a very opulent creamy textural palate weight. It is both indulgent and just plain delicious.

A simple grilled chicken or salmon dish works well, highlighting the wine’s freshness or light salads with citrus vinaigrette, especially those with strawberries or goat cheese.
