Porcupine Ridge Rose

The wine has a pale copper hue with an inviting, earthy nose, showing aromas of red cherry, tomato leaf, clay pot and acacia blossom. The cherry character of the nose follows through onto the palate with flavours of red apple, pink grapefruit and nuances of blood orange, watermelon and poached pear. The wine is made in a luscious, round and fruity style, yet is elegant and focused, with vibrant, yet integrated, acidity. Wild strawberries, pomegranate and subtle hints of cloves and star anise linger on a clean, dry finish.

Porcupine Ridge Syrah

The nose is bold and complex, offering an abundance of dark plums, violets, cured meat and black olives. The perfume of the nose follows through onto the palate with notes of liquorice, aniseed and allspice. The wine is full-bodied with grippy tannins and ample acidity to create exceptional balance and structure. The violets of the nose linger on the finish with classic hints of white pepper.

Dishes like spicy chorizo or Moroccan tagine can highlight the wine’s fruitiness and spice.

Drinking well now and will age for another 5 years.

Porcupine Ridge Merlot

A classic nose shows red plums, cranberry, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg at play with intriguing whiffs of rosemary, thyme & oregano. The wine is lithe and elegant with an exceptionally smooth midpalate and plush, silky texture, showing darker berry fruit flavours with fine grained, supple, integrated tannins and balanced acidity. Subtle hints of mocha and dark milk chocolate linger on a vibrant finish.

Porcupine Ridge Chardonnay

The nose is vibrant and intense, showing an abundance of lemon, lime, grapefruit and créme fraiche aromas and whiffs of pineapple. The mid-palate is zesty with the juicy citrus flavours of the nose following through. The wine is balanced and precise with integrated acidity, a light to medium – body and a fresh mouthfeel. The wine has a ingering, steely finish with hints of green apple and lemon verbena. Its crisp fruitiness makes this a food wine par excellence, yet delicious to enjoy on its own.

Porcupine Ridge Chenin Blanc

The nose is rich, layered and fruity with its aromas of green apple, marmalade and gentle whiffs of lemon curd, acacia, tarragon and honeysuckle. Yellow apple, ripe pear and poached quince show on the palate with nuances of marzipan and lime. The midpalate is fruity, round, vibrant and balanced, with integrated acidity. The wine finishes clean and fresh with hints of apple blossom, chamomile and ginger.

Porcupine Ridge Cabernet

The nose is complex and dense showing ample black fruit and a classic lead pencil and Herbes de Provence character. The intense, dark berry aromas and garrigue notes of the nose follow through onto a mid-palate which is broody and sophisticated, yet exceptionally structured with chalky tannins and integrated acidity. Hints of graphite, sage, tobacco and fennel seed linger on a smooth, vibrant finish.

Porcupine Ridge Sauvignon Blanc 2026

Full and rich flavours fills the palate with alluring red fruits, dried prunes, cocoa and spice. Ripe tannins and balanced acidity ate brought together with well integrated alcohol and a lasting finish.

Serve at 8-10 Deg.

Pair with green coconut curry prawns, green payaya and mango salad with chilli and lime.
