The wine has intense fruit and honey with a hint of wood spice on the nose, including pineapple, guava and citrus. On the palate it is rich and full bodied with good balance and a long finish.

This “Méthode Cap Classique” (bottle fermented sparkling wine) is a blend of red and white grapes displaying the full, balanced yeasty complexity synonymous with a wine made in this style. The wine retains its fresh racy zestiness that is a result of crisp acidity and delicate fruit.

A wine which shows classic dark berry fruit with a hint of spice on the nose. On the palate it is well balanced with rich, soft tannins. It can be enjoyed now but will keep for up to 10 years in good storage conditions.

Pairs well with steaks, lamb, or burgers. The wine’s bold flavors complement the richness of the meat.
