A unique blend in its class with the use of Italian and Spanish grape varietals.

Blend : Shiraz (13%), Mourvedre (9%), Cabernet Franc (20%), Cabernet Sauvignon (18%), Petit Verdot (6%), Grenache (13%), Malbec (5%), Sangiovese (9%), Tempranillo (2%), Barbera (3%) and Merlot (2%).

Over a decade of producing this Estate wine, the wine is ever increasing in quality and becoming more consistent in expressing the terroir of the Helderberg Mountains. Wine shows off pure fruit and earthy notes complimented by a classical pencil lead aromas. A typical dry tannin structure with a seamless balance to finish.

Perfect with beef steak, lamb chops and lamb stew.

Serve at 12-15 Deg.

The Kevin Arnold Shiraz adds to the acclaim of Helderberg grown Shiraz, displaying layered, warmer spices of black pepper and cloves, with the aromatics of a savoury plum and red fruit character, with subtle spices such as cinnamon and clove accompanying the rich complexity of the wine. Refined, smooth tannins add structure and balance to the integrated acidity, all leading to a fruit-forward palate. The Mourvèdre component contributes to the complexity of the mid-palate by adding earthiness and depth.

Will drink well 5 – 20 years from production.

Serve at 16-18 Deg.

Pair with red meat, such as beef, lamb, and venison.

A Sauvignon blanc representing the more tropical style. Shaped around fresh fruit aromas such as granadilla, pear and guava. The palate expresses great purity in fruit, and a softer acidity compared to more typical Sauvignon Blancs.

A wine style driven by fruit, flavour and balance. The wine is lead by aromatics of fresh pear, peach, apricot and hints of honeycomb and white flowers. The palate follows stone fruit and a lovely fresh, textured and soft finish. This wine makes for a great food companion paired with most white meat dishes, cuisine with flavours of nut as well as creamy dishes.
