De Morgenzon Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Displays a deep garnet core with a vibrant ruby rim. On the nose, on will experience an intensity and perfume, with a combination of red and black fruit. Aromatically, cassis, blackberry and ripe raspberry emanate. The palate is structured, yet refined, with ripe blackcurrant and plum at its core. This flavour profile is supported by its fine-grained structure and fresh acidity. This helps with an elegant and long finish. Cellaring potential: 10-15 years but can be enjoyed immediately too.

Fernskloof SMDM24 2024

This dry aromatic white was crafted from a blend of varietals, 38% Diamond Muscat, 34% Summer Muscat, and 18% Muscat d’Alexandrie.

Fernskloof was to record, the first and only South African wine producer of Summer and Diamond Muscat. Small quantities of it are also produced in America and Australia.

2024 was the last vintage of Fernskloof. Even though dry, it has a characteristic aroma of raisin and litchi, along with flavours of ripe pear and peach.

Serve at 8-10 Deg.

Pair with fresh seafood, sushi, Thai-inspired dishes, lightly spiced Asian cuisine, salads and goat’s cheese.

Best enjoyed young to preserve its aromatic freshness, ideally within 1-3 years of the vintage.
