Description
The wine has a pale green colour. The intense nose is reminiscent of green figs, gooseberries with a flinty background. The wine has a well balanced acidity (natural) and oozes minerality.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Enjoy with white fish fillets with lemon and herbs or Thai-green curry.
