Light. Fresh. Crisp and dry. There’s no turning back. The Saffronne Rosé has a lovely pomegranate colour with subtle aromas of warm earth and baked strawberry flan. The palate, with a pleasing alcohol of 11.5 percent, shows elegant flavours of red cherry leading into a crisp mineral dry finish.
Saffronne Rosé is neither filtered nor cold stabilised. Harmless crystals may occur.
It is a wine to be sipped while sitting under a veranda, taking in the view of beautiful people passing by while enjoying delicious food.
Through blending the different terroirs a subtle and stylish wine were created. The wine shows a deep red colour with intense mulberry and black plum fruit flavours and integrated oak tannins.

Deep ruby plum; big whiff of ripe plums and prunes, hint of damp earth. Full-bodied, rich and ripe, stuffed with gorgeous dark berries, nice lift from fresh acidity. Juicy and accessible to the very end.
Can be enjoyed with fine ribeye steak with Dijon mustard, or roast lamb shoulder with apricot and nut stuffing, or calve’s liver and onions.

Deep ruby red. Aromas of clove and subtle white pepper followed by plum with hints elegant spice. Medium bodied with red fruit and integrated oak. Well balanced acidity and tanninswill allow this wine to age well.

Intense, plush and demure dark fruit from the Cabernets integrates well with the beautifully managed tannins from the Merlot. Maturation in the French oak barrels gives a textured elegance to this wine and renders some spiciness to the pallet.
