Description
Blend: 43% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Shiraz, 13% Tinta Barocca, 9% Grenache, 3% Cinsault
The perfumed nose has notes of plums, mulberries, cloves and black pepper. The palate is full but firm and fresh with lovely fruit, spice and length.
Serve at 14-16 Deg.
Pair with spice-forward dishes (not too hot): Moroccan lamb, pepper-crusted steak.
Enjoy now and will cellar well for another 3-5 years.
