Description

The wine shows upfront notes of ripe stone fruits, white blossoms and hints of roasted almond.
On the palate the wine opens and shows a citrus taste with subtle oak flavors. The acidity in the wine helps to mid palate length and ends on a creamy finish.
This wine did not go through malolactic fermentation resulting in wines with more mid palate tension. Wine matured in barrel on the fine lees for 11 months.
