Normally a blend with Chardonnay/Pinot Noir is made to create bubblies of note. This 53% Chardonnay and 47% Pinot Noir blend is unoaked, well-rounded and food friendly with noticeable citrus aromas and berry fruit from the Pinot Noir.
Can be enjoyed with salads, fish and white meats.
