Description
Passion fruit, lemons, green melon and a flinty minerality on the nose. Light, uber fresh palate with bright citrus and stone fruit backed by a gently refreshing acid. A saline character adds to the depth and brings length.
Best served at 9-12 deg.
Pair with herb-roasted chicken or turkey light salads with citrus dressings, especially those with goat cheese or avocado.
Drinking well now and will cellar for another 3 years.
