A classic Bordeaux-style blend comprising Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Pinot Noir.

An inviting bouquet of jammy blueberries, ripe plums and stewed dark berries is complemented by a refreshing hint of mint. The palate is medium-bodied and velvety, revealing layers of black cherry, cassis and blackberry, with subtle notes of spice, vanilla, cigar box and white chocolate from oak maturation. Fine, well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity provide excellent balance, leading to a smooth, lingering finish.

Serve at 16-18 Deg.

Pair with mushroom and truffle risotto, smoked brisket or BBQ ribs.

Moscato’s unique floral aroma is from an aromatic compound called Linalool which is also found in mint, citrus flowers and cinnamon. Pairs well with spirits such as vodka, gin and rum. Moscato Sangria is made with fresh fruit, brandy and Moscato. A very versatile wine. It is like tasting a smooth sherbet

Moscato is perfect for spicy foods. It also pairs well with chicken and fish and loves a barbeque. Medium to firm cheeses pair very well. Specialises in the entire spicy range from chili peppers to ginger and everything in between.

The wine has a vibrant rose colour with a mandarin-coloured hue. Nuances of cherry and red berry flavours can be found on the nose, with some stone fruit notes. The Chardonnay grapes add to the core of the wine with Pinot Noir adding some depth of flavours on the mid- palate. Such great companions in one glass that adds to the complexity that neither one brings on their own. These flavours are well supported by a fresh acidity that helps to elevate the fruit profile thereof.

Serve at 9-12 Deg.

Pair with salads and cold meat like carpacci, with some capers or pastas will be great food companion with this wine.

Our intention to capture the crunchy, summer plum characters from the Merlot grapes and the spiced berry fruit from the Shiraz, whilst avoiding any sweet, confected characters. As a result of perfectly picked grapes, this luminous, dry wine made from free-run juice, displays a melange of scented, red-blushed fruit with a hint of blood orange citrus. A rounded texture on the mid-palate – reminiscent of strawberries & cream – adds further depth and complexity. The finish is delicately savoury and refreshingly long.

Pair with summer salads, grilled seafood (especially shellfish), fresh cheeses like mozzarella or goat cheese, fruit salads, and dishes with fresh herbs like tomato and basil bruschetta.

Enjoy now through to 2028.

A woodless Chardonnay is referred to as a naked Chardonnay and brings back the enjoyment of the grape varietal itself, without ‘oaked’ notes and ‘toast’ or ‘vanilla’. A crisp and refreshing vibrant wine with fresh notes of green apple with hints of lemon guides us to a subdued melon flavour with floral notes in an easy glass appeal style.

Light and delicate seafood dishes such as grilled prawns, oysters, or sashimi complement the wine’s crispness.

The wine has a bright yellow colour. It has a smoky and toasty nose with hints of stone fruit. The palate is full and creamy, with well-integrated acidity followed by vanilla on the aftertaste.

This serious and complex wine pairs well aromatic Asian dishes and rich seafood.
