Description
Golden in colour with layered aromas of ripe pear, elderflower, anise, and honeysuckle, backed by creamy, nutty undertones. The palate is round, soft, and mineral-driven, showing flavours of peach, nectarine, green apple and citrus, with hints of lemongrass, wild herbs, chalk and salt-crusted lime. It finishes long and textured, with fine acidity, subtle tannins and a linear, saline character.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Pair with steak tartare, rich seafood, goat’s cheese/feta, herb-centred dishes.
