Description
A woodless Chardonnay is referred to as a naked Chardonnay and brings back the enjoyment of the grape varietal itself, without ‘oaked’ notes and ‘toast’ or ‘vanilla’. A crisp and refreshing vibrant wine with fresh notes of green apple with hints of lemon guides us to a subdued melon flavour with floral notes in an easy glass appeal style.
Light and delicate seafood dishes such as grilled prawns, oysters, or sashimi complement the wine’s crispness.
Serve at 9-12 Deg.
Pairs well with vegetable tempura, grilled asparagus, or dishes featuring zucchini and bell peppers.
