Delivery Details

We’ll make sure your monthly wine packs are on their way to you as soon as possible. Once we’ve processed your payment, your pack will be dispatched within the next 1-3 working days. Monthly payments will be charged every month on the day you signed up.

Here’s what you can expect for delivery times:

• Main Centres in South Africa: Within 2 working days.
• Cape Town: The following working day.
• For those living in rural areas, please be aware that delivery might be on specific days of the week.

This is a door to door delivery service. Our courier company (Aspiring) will be in contact with you from the moment the wines depart our warehouse to when they are delivered at your door.

The shipping fee per bottle reduces significantly when you purchase 24 bottles and more. Shipping fees on wines going to the USA can reduce to as little as $20 per bottle when you order 36 bottles or more.

UK: Delivery within 14 days from the shipping date. Any customs-related delays will be communicated by Aspiring (our courier company).

Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore: Delivery within 5-10 working days from the shipping date.
