“ I would just like to provide feedback on my first order with Get Wine. The entire experience from start to finish would rate a 9 out of 10 on my scale. I was extremely impressed with the speed and ease of the website – being in IT, this is crucial to a web experience. One small issue was the fact that I could not easily add own labels to get the costs added to the order for a single payment – I had to make a “gyppo” entry to get it costed into a single credit card amount. Perhaps a “blank label – artwork to be confirmed” with QTY option next to it as an option? The discussions with your staff, in particular Joe, we always dealt with in an extremely prompt and efficient manner. I also liked the way Minne cc’d me on the order for the labels so I knew what was going on. The labels were wonderfully printed and done with rapid speed. Label work gets a 10/10! The courier charges were, however, a pleasant surprise, having previously used courier companies for wine delivery in the past (at a LOT more than your guys charge). The wine was beautifully presented, and the cling wrap to ensure the labels were not damaged in any way was a really professional touch. My wife also appreciated the gift of the Lindt chocolate which came as a complete surprise. All in all, an extremely great service all round. Already, the response from our friends, for whom the wine was purchased as a thank you for all they have done for us in this very difficult of years, has been one of amazement at the overall production (some refusing to drink the wine even!) and quality of the complete package.
