Originally overlooked in the Swartland, this single-variety Carignan now shines with true terroir expression. The nose shows crushed blueberry and spice, leading to a velvety palate of black cherry and soft cedar undertones.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Pair with oven-roasted rack of lamb or seared tuna with a peppercorn crust.
