Description
Partly own fruit from 1976 block, partly bought in. 60% fermented in barrel, 40% in stainless steel tank. Guava, citrus and peach on the nose while the palate is well balanced with a creamy mouthfeel and well-integrated acidity, the finish gently savoury – most appealing. Alc: 13%.
