Description
Dalkeith crafts thoughtful, handcrafted wines with a light footprint, using minimal-intervention winemaking to honour the land and its people. More than a winery, Dalkeith is a way of life.
Fresh and expressive, with pear, white peach, citrus zest and subtle floral and mineral notes. Dry and medium-bodied, with vibrant acidity, textured weight and hints of quince, lemon curd and gentle spice. Clean, crisp finish with a touch of leesy complexity. Elegant, balanced and expressive.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Pair with grilled line fish with beurre blanc / brown butter or pork belly with apple, fennel or subtle spice.
Drinking beautifully now, but will reward short- to medium-term cellaring (5-7 years).
