Description
This Chenin Blanc is crafted from grapes grown in Stellenbosch and Swartland. Fermentation took place in both stainless steel tanks and French oak barrels, using style-specific yeasts to enhance fruit expression and aromatic complexity.
Known for its versatility, Chenin Blanc shines here in a fresh, fruit-driven style. The wine shows a bright, lively hue with delicate aromas of passion fruit and litchi. The palate is vibrant, with refreshing acidity and layered tropical fruit flavours.
Being a wine with vibrant fruit it will pair well with fresh salads, light pasta dishes and grilled seafood, such as line fish and will accompany calamari and scallops very well.
Enjoy now through and within the next 3 to 5 years.
