Description
This is a serious, more complex Sauvignon Blanc than your typical lean, ultra green “gooseberry and cutgrass” style. Expect a layered wine: fresh citrus/herb aromas, exotic ripe fruit hints, underlying savoury edge, good palate weight, finishing clean and long. A bright and vibrant wine with texture and depth.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Pair with white meats or poultry with herbs, grilled line fish.
Drinkable now (once chilled) to gain the fresh fruit and herb edge, but will likely develop nicely over 3 to 6 years.
This wine is an unfiltered wine and may look slightly cloudy or contain tiny natural particles like yeast or grape solids, but these are harmless and natural. Therefore offering a richer, more textured and fuller-bodied wine keeping within character of the grape varietal.
