Description
Limited Release
A complex, well-made wine with citrus and biscuity aromas on display. This full-bodied wine has a velvety, creamy palate, good acidity and well-integrated oak aromas.
The juice was fermented in French oak barrels (40% new) and matured on the lees for six months. Lees contact and oak ageing are classic hallmarks of a fuller, more textured Chardonnay, contributing to a rich, buttery, and creamy impression on the palate.
Serve at 9-12 Deg.
Pair with creamy poultry dishes, rich seafood or a cheese board with camembert and brie.
Drinkable and will already show great flavour – will reward for another few years, bringing with it evolving complexity.
