Description
A focused, energetic Chardonnay from cooler, south-facing vineyards. High-toned lime, sharp ginger, white pepper, and flinty minerality lead the nose and palate. Crushed stones and saltiness enhance its refreshing appeal, with bright acidity, mid-palate weight, and a grippy texture. Mostly stainless steel matured with only a small % barrel for added complexity.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Enjoy with chicken piccata (with capers and lemon butter).
Drink now through to 2027.
