Winemaker Adam Mason crafts wines of measured excellence—rooted in Western Cape tradition, free of unnecessary frills and dedicated to expressing and protecting their origin.
Adam selects grapes from Elgin and Walker Bay, primarily harvesting Sauvignon Blanc from the cool Kogelberg area in Elgin, with smaller parcels of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Botrivier. The result is a refined and vibrant South African Sauvignon Blanc, offering bright aromas of Granny Smith apple, melon, and green fig, complemented by a fresh, intense palate and a delicate touch of toast.
