Description
The wine underwent 30% whole-bunch fermentation before spending 10 months maturing in foudre. The nose is delicately perfumed with cranberry, strawberry, rose, fynbos and white pepper. The medium-bodied palate combines pure fruit with zippy acidity and fine, powdery tannins, finishing gently dry with an earthy nuance. Rather charming. Alc: 13.5%. – WineMag
