Description
Blend: 50% Pinot Noir / 50% Cinsault
Luminescent pomegranate red in colour. An expressive nose of red fruits, cherries, strawberries, cinnamon spice, earthiness and a hint of Rooibos and subtle oak. Elegant complex wine with alluring flavours of mulberries, ripe red cherries and spice. Soft quaffable tannins with hints of Rooibos and a stony mineral finish.
Serve at 16-18 Deg.
Will pair well with pan fried duck breast with red wine and cranberry jus or pan seared springbok fillet with rocket and balsamic dressing.
Currently in its optimal drinking window and will rewards well for another 1 to 3 years of cellaring.
