Description
This coastal Sauvignon Blanc blends fruit from our Noordhoek vineyard and Cape Agulhas. Hannes Meyer, Cellarmaster of Alexander Vineyards describes this wine as a crisp, expressive white with ripe tropical aromatics and a sherbet-tinged finish.
Cape gooseberry, kiwi and granadilla lift the nose. The palate is bright with sherbet notes and ripe pineapple. Crisp green apple and lime acidity provide length and freshness.
Serve at 8-10 Deg.
Pair with Salt-and-pepper calamari with lemon or tomato and basil bruschetta.
