Produced predominantly from Shiraz grapes, this wine boasts a vibrant bouquet. Bursts of strawberry aromas give way to a fresh palate of red berries, candy floss, and a hint of Turkish delight, with a spicy acidity that demands a second glass.
Ideal partner for Alfresco-style luncheons. Pairs well with big flavours, such as anchovy, garlic and other spices. Works well with spicy grilled prawns, Paella and Niçoise Salad.
