Description
Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (37%), Merlot (29%), Cabernet Franc (28%) and Malbec (6%). On the nose black berries, dark fruitcake and black cherry, layered with cedar, mocha, spice and hints of violet. A plush and silky palate, showing cassis and blackberry, baking spice, cedar and cigar box notes, with finely integrated oak and tannins offering up a long fresh and well balanced finish.
Serve at 15-18 Deg.
Perfect with rich meat dishes, game, stews and aged cheeses.
