Citrus cured white fish with a burnt orange gel. Simple garden salads. Grilled asparagus or zucchini, topped with chopped parsley, is a great match for our Sauvignon Blanc.

Was a bit disappointed despite the interesting flavours on the palate. The wine is very green (2024) and starts fermenting on your tongue. When you shake the bottle a bit it open with a POP. Still needs a few years to mature.
