The wine is pale straw and brilliant in appearance. Inviting aromas of fresh lime, apple blossoms and honeydew melon with gentle whiffs of lemongrass and chalk dominate a fresh, vibrant nose. The rich citrus character of the nose follows through onto a smooth, creamy palate, with flavours of quince, green apple and preserved lemon. The wine is medium bodied and textured, with beautifully integrated oak nuances adding to its elegance and balance. Grapefruit and lemon verbena linger on a pure, clean finish.
