Description
20% whole-bunch fermentation. Matured for nine months in old oak. Pretty aromatics of red and black berries, flowers, fynbos and spice. The palate is medium bodied and rather taut at this stage – pure fruit, fresh acidity and a saline finish.
Pairs well with Mediterranean tapas, subtle Korean or Japanese inspired cuisine.
Enjoy now or mature for up to 3 years.
Can be served slightly chilled on hot days.
