Complex citrus and white peach on entry, complimented by delicate notes of cinnamon. The palate is smooth and rounded, with fresh acidity balancing the richer fruit and a creamy, elegant finish.
Serve at 10-12 Deg.
Salmon fish cakes, chicken makhani and even chicken salad with peach, mango and macadamia nuts.
