The wine has a beautiful, expressive nose with notes of peach, pear, apricot and wild flowers. The wine opens to quinch and soft vanilla oak. The wine is smooth and rich with flavours of tropical fruit, lime and pear. Well integrated fresh acidity and round vanilla oak tannins with a long lasting mouth-watering silky finish.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Best enjoyed on its own or perfect on a summer’s day with braaied chicken or pork fillet. Also works well with pasta Alfredo or pan-fried yellowtail.
While enjoyable now for its fresh minerality and crisp acidity, this premium white wine is crafted to age beautifully, boasting a recommended cellaring period of 3 to 8 years from the vintage date.
