BOUTIQUE WINES FROM THE KLEIN KAROO REGION
Upfront tropical fruit of guava, passionfruit and gooseberries, the wine opens to cut grass, lime and a distinct nose of hop flower and green fig. Smooth soft ripe tropical fruits follow through to the palate. The wine is fresh and crisp. The acid is well integrated and balances the perceived sweetness of the fruit. The wine has a long lasting chalky mineral finish.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Great with fresh cob or west coast Stumpnose served with a lime dressing. The wine also works well with any pate or salad.
Drink now or within 2 to 4 years of the vintage.
