Description
Well balanced tropical nose with hints of green apple, limes and melon with mystical aromas of white peach. The fruitiness encircles the mineral core with character, giving rise to peach and gooseberry notes resulting in a lingering and full aftertaste. It has a “crisp” and fresh” offering. A slight vanilla influence with subdued canned asparagus rounds off a full bouquet.
Serve at 7-9 Deg.
Its crisp acidity and citrus notes complement dishes like grilled sea bass with lemon herb marinade and a side of asparagus.
