Well balanced lime and tropical nose with hints of green apple and melon with mystical aromas of honey. The fruitiness encircles the mineral core with character, giving rise to peach and gooseberry notes resulting in a lingering and sensuous aftertaste. It has a “crisp” and “fresh” offering. A slight vanilla influence with subdued canned asparagus.
Freshly caught Oysters with a touch of lime, delicate pan-seared Tuna or Ricotta-filled Ravioli. Fish and pasta also indulge a fine Sauvignon Blanc. Best enjoyed chilled.
