Description
Awards: Michelangelo Double Gold / Gilbert & Gaillard Gold / James Suckling 90 Pts
A rich and expressive Malbec with aromas of ripe blackberries, plum and dark cherry, layered with hints of violet, sweet spice and a touch of mocha. The palate is plush and fruit-forward, balanced by gentle tannins and a smooth, rounded finish with lingering notes of dark fruit and spice.
Serve at 15-18 Deg.
Drinking beautifully now for its generous fruit and soft texture, but it will reward 2-3 years of cellaring as the savoury notes and structure continue to evolve.
Pair with aubergine parmigiana, mushroom risotto or hard cheeses such as aged Gouda.
