Gilbert & Gaillard Gold
Picked in small crates and kept in the cold room overnight before being processed and sorted the following day. Grapes were fermented on the skins with punch downs 3-4 times a day for 13 days, before it was pressed and racked to the barrels. Matured in 5th fill French barrels for 11 months.
Delight in the smooth, rich aromas of blackberry that captivate the senses. The light palate is complemented by a pleasant strawberry aftertaste.
This wine is uncomplicated and effortlessly enjoyable, making it perfect for any occasion.
