A dry rosé is not as dry as many white wines. The red heritage lends itself to a touch of potency and a subdued presentation of a ‘dry’ wine. A hint of Merlot surrounds the bouquet. A zesty palette presentation with grapefruit, berries and cucumber with strong floral qualities, giving it a refreshing and invigorating flavour. On the nose pomegranate with subtle hints of watermelon.

Description

Fresh aromas of pomegranate, watermelon and subtle florals. The palate is light, zesty and refreshing, showing grapefruit, red berries and a hint of cucumber, with bright acidity and a clean, crisp finish.

Serve at 8-10 Deg.

Pair with chicken salad, Mediterranean-style dishes or grilled prawns.

Best enjoyed young and fresh, but will cellar well for another 1-2 years.
