The tannins are firm yet velvety, with well-integrated oak and a long, smooth finish. Rich, fruit-driven with a touch of spice and elegance.

This Shiraz is drinking beautifully now but will reward further ageing.
The richness and spice of this Shiraz make it a perfect companion for hearty and flavourful dishes such as slow-cooked beef short ribs or oxtail.
