Description
This white blend leads with 32% Verdelho followed by 30% Chenin Blanc, 17% Viognier, 15% Roussanne and 6% Semillon.
The nose is shy, gradually revealing stone fruit, orange, hay, earth, spice and a little leesy complexity. As always with this wine, the palate has heft – full and textured with well-integrated acidity, the finish resolutely savoury. Despite its substance, the wine retains a sense of vigour. Alc: 13%.
