Description
A wine style driven by fruit, flavour and balance. The wine is lead by aromatics of fresh pear, peach, apricot and hints of honeycomb and white flowers. The palate follows stone fruit and a lovely fresh, textured and soft finish. This wine makes for a great food companion paired with most white meat dishes, cuisine with flavours of nut as well as creamy dishes.

This wine has been my favourite for quite a while, I mainly drink Chenin Blanc, I find many of the others too woody for my taste. I mostly take my own when eating out and pay the corkage.
