The Wolf & Woman Pinotage 2024 is a serious wine from the Swartland that is bright, aromatic and yet focused, with good fruit concentration, a touch of spice. Well-structured and balanced acidity on the finish. This is still a small-batch production, and very little is available.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Pair with soy-based, sweet, and smoky marinade of Korean BBQ or lamb Rogan Josh.
