A classic expression of South Africa’s signature varietal, sourced from 54-year-old bush vines in Bottelary. Low yields and old vines deliver concentrated flavours of raspberry, ripe peach and black cherry, with subtle oak nuances. Warm and succulent on the palate, it finishes with a distinctive chalky note, balanced sweet-and-sour complexity and lifted acidity.
Serve at 15-18 Deg.
A great partner to spicy food such as Thai green curries or traditional Cape Malay bobotie.
