Moscato wine is made from the Muscat Grape – A table grape which can also be used for raisins and which has been used for many centuries. Moscato’s unique floral aroma is from an aromatic compound called Linalool which is also found in mint, citrus flowers and cinnamon. Moscato is perfect for spicy foods. It also pairs well with chicken and fish and loves a barbeque. Medium to firm cheeses pair very well. Specialises in the entire spicy range from chili peppers to ginger and everything in between.
