Dominant dark chocolate notes. Red fruit on the palate with a tart acidity and raspberry jam after taste. Subtle mouth-watering tannins, creating a lingering finish. A beautiful example of the South African varietal.
Serve at 12-15 Deg.
Enjoy now through to 2028.
Pair with Grilled lamb chops with rosemary or beef and lentil bobotie.
